My Story

I was born into a family of restauranteurs where the aromas of fresh herbs, slow-simmered sauces, and the rhythm of the kitchen first captured my heart.

Upon completing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, I worked in the private sector across 5 countries for 23 years, all the while nourishing my culinary passion.

Following my family tradition, I opened my catering business, A Tough of Spain and More in 2010. Since then, I’ve been delighted to provide cocktail and Paella parties in the comfort of homes and businesses.

Food, to me, has always been more than sustenance — it’s emotion, memory, and connection. That early passion led me to return to my roots to become a private chef in Fort Lauderdale.
